I am Mevlana,
…
Let selam [peace/greeting] be.
Let all [humans] know:
We came, we gave,
We have been one with each one who wished.
“Where are we?” we said,
We gave to question. [we asked]
“In hearts,” is being said, is remembered like that…
Of course in hearts
Yet for the one who is in hal of earth.
On duty,
Is what we give not hal, [is it not our duty to give you hal?]
Is what we say not [HIS] path?
Does
Each step that we take,
Each word that we say
Not go to the place that we wish?
The nightingale that sings here,
Does it not sing
When it goes to west?
Path is for the one who wishes.

We gave before,
We set up our congregation in nest. [nest==Mevlana’s/Garib’s congregation]

WHAT is The One That is searched?
WHAT we gave before, is It not HIM?
When “you walked, you passed” is said,
Our word is connected like that. [our word implies/we imply that]

What you own is your heart.
The one that you make walk around,
That you make turn
Is heart.

At the place where you search,
Its foundation is laid.
We will give hand in hand,
We will build the wall.
We will give sound to nightingale that sings, there.

“Let worries be erased,” we said,
We gave before.
With the one who is the sixth,
We had [a] heart-to-heart talk through heart.
We wave hand at ship,
We proceed on the same ocean
We said, didn’t we?
“Doors will open,” we had said,
We had given before.
You can not tie ship to ship,
However, you wave hand from ship to ship.
Not with rope,
Let him/her tie with heart…

We gave the sixth.
Let the one who goes on foot
Not get tired;
Let the one who misunderstands
Not get angry.
We gave word, [we said]
“Our path is yours,” we said.
Let him/her say, “Eyvallah [so be it],”
Let him/her join the chat.

When fire burns,
When it burns and becomes live coals,
When it is covered with ashes,
It gives name
Not to the one that it burns
But to the one that that it boils. [to boil==boils and evaporates, i.e. one spiritually rises...]
We gave before,
“Our door opens to that direction,” we said.

Why did you not say,
[why] Did you not talk about the one that was/is written?
“Did you give what you took?” I said.
Did you conform to what you gave?
[it is thought that previous four verses are about humans who read and understand ONEness of HEARTs...]

“It opened,” I said.
We were remembered in heart,
The moment in which we were remembered, we called,
We showed the path of the nest… [nest==Mevlana’s/Garib’s congregation]
I am Mevlana…
Day’s conformation is like this.
Do not say:
“I did not hear that you called”…
Ladder makes you climb up
Because 'up' calls you.
Ladder becomes path to [for] you;
If one does not become [spiritually] mature
Then you just stay as curious about up.
On day,
As much as you are [spiritually] mature,
We showed ladder,
“Climb step by step” we said.

You are loved as much as you love
Without doubt.
Say The One That is in your Heart
To each one who asks;
Say so that you take [with you] the one who conforms to you….

“Let my swaddle be wrapped,
Let it be put on lap,” he/she says,
Waits for ‘himmet’ from me. [himmet=1. help, favor, auspices, protection. 2. work, effort]
Gratitude is from us,
Himmet for each one who wishes.

Allah
WHO sees the sparrow,
WHO gives the ant
Does HE not see you-me?
If we wish, does HE not give?

We said ‘life,'
We became sincere,
With hand, we found hand. [we held hand in hand]
“Intercession, ya His Representative,” we said,
We took from his ‘hikmet.’ [hikmet= 1. wisdom. 2. philosophy. 3. real meaning, hidden meaning. 4. purpose, point.]
“What did we take?” is being said.
His selam [peace/greeting] is in us,
His kelam is in Hazrat Ali. [kelam=1. utterance, remark. 2. Islamic theology. 3. the Koran.]

I am Ali, I came.
I became one with the one who conforms,
I held hand with the one who gives, [I held the hand of the one who gave his/her hand]
“Let my Allah be pleased with the one who gives,” I said.
Let one conform
Not to series of conditions
But to the one that is special to heart.
Let one say his/her worship to my Allah only,
Let him/her taste deep love like that.
Deep love is
Not tale
But The Reality.
The one who does not know HIM, does not wish.
If you wished, you are in deep love.
“What should my pleading be?” he/she says.
There is no frame of pleading.
Plead as you wish.
[for example:] Say, “Ya Allah,” [ya Allah==thank YOU for my God-given share, I accept without any complaint]
Cry for help.
Your worship [while prostrating], your fasting [is] appropriate.
Be entrusted to my Allah.

Our pleading is with [for] the one who asks about remedy,
With the one who interprets the remedy goodly.
Our place-our direction is not separate.
We are not rudderless ship.
Say, “My Allah,”
Take shelter in HIM.
Whatever comes,
Whatever one says,
Do not be confused on HIS path.
What you give is not yours,
It is all’s, [it is all humans’]
It belongs to the one who wishes.
Start with pleading,
End with pleading.
HE brings the name of the one who gives to your heart
To your remembrance.

At the place where there is trouble, worry,
Chat comes as little.
For trouble, for worry
Chat comes as salt.

As much as you can say,
As much as you can give your voice.

Each doubt that you erase
Throws you one step forward,
Adds you to the ones who are without doubt.

Do not say,
“What is the one that I will see at the place where I will go?”
Do not reach decision before you go.
Say,
“I go if it is written,
If I go, I find good deed,”
Show yourself The Reality.
Do not say,
“My pleading does not become true,
It is not enough.”
Plead for your pleading.
My Allah does not let one plead for the one that will not become true.
If I plead,
I do not fall in doubt about whether it will become true.

Say,
“What is the one that I search,
Ask first yourself.
Interpret the day and yesterday.
What happened yesterday
Does not come to today.
Today does not give to tomorrow.
Conformation [to conform] is that:
You can give the day on day,
[that] You can conform to what you give on day
Tomorrow too.
Like in the example of Gracious Koran:
What it gives, you take exactly
Yesterday-today-tomorrow;
You conform as you take.
When chat is like that too,
When it wraps human like in the example of shawl,
There is no one who stays as ‘not conforming.’
We said before:
Even if there is separation in idea,
Shape is always one.

Be entrusted to my Allah.

Universe:
Know that IT is at the place where “BE!” was/is said.
We came in the name of Hak,
We gave in the name of Hak.
Erase doubts.

Mursheed is asked about. [mursheed=spiritual guide]
What is the one that we give?
Where is it from?
Eyvallah [in the name of God]…

Goodbye.
Lailaheillallah Muhammedur Resulullah. [Allah is The only One to be worshiped, and Mohammad is HIS Representative.]
